Meet Christine

TCM & Integrative Wellness Practitioner (In Training)


With a background in pharmacy studies in China, I hold both a Traditional Chinese Medicine dispensing certificate and a Western pharmacy technician qualification. After moving to Canada, I became a Nutrition Advisor, continuing my journey in healthcare with a strong focus on preventive and lifestyle-based wellness.

Driven by a long-standing passion to become a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I am currently studying acupuncture in Vancouver. My goal is to integrate medical knowledge, nutrition science, and TCM principles to help people better understand their bodies and improve their overall quality of life.

I believe that wellness should not be reserved for a certain age group —health is a daily lifestyle choice, not a future concern.

My Approach

Every body communicates — through energy levels, digestion, sleep, mood, and recurring discomfort.

Through a comprehensive understanding of each client, I help them:

  • Learn to interpret their body’s signals

  • Adjust habits based on seasonal changes and personal health patterns

  • Build long-term, sustainable wellness plans rather than short-term solutions

The goal is not perfection, but consistency and understanding.
